The Tarantino Residence was design for expats living abroad in a planned community located in San Felipe, Mexico. The one-story, 4-bedroom home is Spanish style design characteristic with a central courtyard. As you enter the courtyard to access the entry, you are invited into the open family/living room where the view of the Pacific Ocean is captured through the picturesque windows and French Door of the east elevation.

YAMAMOTO RESIDENCE

Malina Place - Waikoloa Village, Hawaii

3-Bedroom Home

The Yamamoto Residence located in the Island of Hawaii. The 3-Bedroom home was designed by Architect, Michael Yamamoto as his personal residence. The following rendering produced was based on the original construction plans in AutoCAD and brought into Sketch-Up and Photoshop to produce this final rendering. It was my goal to help Mr. Yamamoto envision his design in 3d of the exterior, interior and landscaping elements as it relates to the sloping site.

KUIVANEN RESIDENCE

Burbank, California

This rendering & plans was produced for Architect Dave Kuivanen for a proposed new home located in Burbank, California. An existing 1-story home is located on the lot and is to be totally demolished to make room for this new 2-story, 4 bedroom home with a roof top balcony. The following rendering was submitted as part of a design review package presented to the City of Burbank for approval before moving into construction documents.

The French Residence is a 2,544 square foot, one-story single family home that consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living, family, kitchen and a 2-car garage. The property sits on a lot of 444,054 square feet of land that surrounded by an avocado trees. The project was produced with AC Design Group and civil engineering firm - Megaland Engineers & Associates in AutoCad Civil.
